We offer a return and refund policy that is only valid before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been packed and handed over for delivery, it becomes ineligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances. To be eligible for a return or refund, the cancellation request must be made before dispatch. This ensures that products are not subjected to unnecessary logistics handling, helping us maintain product quality and reduce wastage. Any requests made after dispatch will not be entertained, as the order is considered final and in transit. Refunds will be processed only after confirmation that the order was cancelled before dispatch. If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method within a standard processing time, typically between 5–7 business days. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully and make any changes or cancellations promptly to avoid inconvenience.
